Located off of Hotel Circle South, Lot 8 is a private space tucked away from the bustling streets. Surrounded by tall, wooden walls and adorned with succulents in every nook and cranny, it is a quirky and playful place for you and your guests to eat, dance, and celebrate!

This outdoor venue has an open floor plan, allowing you to customize the space to fit your needs. It can accommodate up to 250 people for a seated dinner, 350 people for a cocktail party and 140 guests if you want both ceremony and reception to take place here. You can seamlessly transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception without changing venues! There is no need to rush your wedding day, as Lot 8 offers a 10am to 12am rental window.
While the space is a blank canvas, don't sweat! You have the creative freedom to bring in any vendors of choice to truly transform the lot into the wedding you've always dreamed of. Plus, the venue supplies some essentials included in the rental cost. Tables, chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor heaters are all available to use. Lot 8 even provides a repurposed horse-trailer to use as a bar! With an onsite commercial kitchen, caterers will have plenty of space to prepare an awesome feast for you and your guests.
Wedding Price: Lot 8 is also super affordable. For a Monday- Thursday wedding you'll pay only $2000, for Friday and Sunday: $2500. The Saturday prices goes slightly up: $3200.
Accommodation: As the venue is located off of Hotel Circle, there are many great hotels nearby for the convenience of you and your guests. DoubleTree by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott and a variety of other hotels are all right down the road.
Parking: A small parking lot is provided by the venue, but there is also plenty of street parking surrounding the location.
