THE BRAND NEW VENUES



1. EVE


Perched atop the Edge building in San Diego’s North Harbor Drive RaDD development, Eve is an exciting new venue set to open in 2024, offering 12,000 square feet of sophisticated event space with stunning 270-degree views of the San Diego Bay. Managed by Petco Park Events, this bayfront venue features a spacious 7,800-square-foot interior, complemented by a balcony, patio, and two salons, each with its own terrace, adding another 4,000 square feet. With its retractable walls and 19-foot-high ceilings, Eve is designed for ultimate flexibility, accommodating up to 570 seated guests or 1,126 standing guests for weddings, receptions, and other large celebrations. Its panoramic views, stretching from the Coronado Bridge to Point Loma, provide a breathtaking backdrop for any special occasion.

Beyond its scenic beauty, Eve delivers a complete event experience with full-service catering by Culinary Concepts and curated beverages by Snake Oil Cocktail Company. Designed by Gensler and developed by IQHQ, this modern space is ideal for couples seeking a unique and luxurious wedding venue. From its state-of-the-art AV systems to premium décor provided by partners like Posies Floral Company and Town and Country Event Rentals, Eve combines high-end elegance with personalized service. 4. The Hangars

5. Monserate Winery


Nestled in the heart of Gird Valley, Monserate Winery offers a stunning backdrop for couples looking to celebrate their wedding, surrounded by breathtaking vineyards and tranquil lakes. Originally a 116-acre public golf course, the property has been transformed into a vibrant winery, rich with history and natural beauty. 6. Flora (Downtown)

We didnt have the opportunity to work there yet but we thought it should be on the list! Want the perfect mix of an intimate indoor space with an outdoor vibe? Flora is THE venue for you. Every inch of this space has been meticulously crafted with elegance and romance in mind, plus a bit of whimsy. The walls are lined with greenery and galore plants, and guess what? They are all real.


As such a versatile space, Flora can be transformed into anything you want it to be, whether Modern, Boho, Classic, or Chic. Plus, it includes Farm Tables, Chairs, a Full Kitchen Space for Caterers, a Mobile Bar, House Decor, and Beautifully Crafted Furnishings. As far as pricing, the rental fee is $9750, and an additional $1000 to go until 1 am.



7. Luce On Kettner (Little Italy)



This venue is a couple years old but fairly new to San Diego Wedding Scene. Feast your eyes on this contemporary, minimalist, yet vintage beauty. The new yet historic venue, brought to you by the talented team at Luce Loft, is a beautifully designed warehouse right in the heart of Little Italy (the first dedicated venue of its kind in the 'hood). With an open vendor policy and open floor plan, couples can go to town on this blank canvas and truly make it their own.


Every square inch of this venue was thoughtfully designed from exposed beams, tons of natural light, and concrete floors to a beautiful ceremony backdrop wall. Bridal and groom suites are included in addition to a catering kitchen! While Luce On Kettner has a max capacity of 300 guests, it is ideal for 100-250 guests. The rental cost for Luce on Kettner is $6000.



THE HIDDEN GEMS


8. The Sinclair on G Street (Downtown)




Looking for an urban space to celebrate your big day? Well, you've found it! Formerly known as The Pannikin Building, the venue has gone through a complete re-branding by the owner (and goof friend) Megan! The Sinclair on G Street is a blank canvas adorned with brick walls that allows you to bring in any preferred vendors. With over 5,000 square feet, you can let your creativity soar.


Located downtown, right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, this industrial beauty has multiple levels to easily transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Pannikin can accommodate up to 165 people and includes lounge areas for the bride and groom. Ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 on the weekends and $1,500 to $3,500 on the weekdays, budgets of all sizes are welcome.



9. The Lane (Downtown)




As the original home to the Padres Stadium-Lane Field, this 12,000-square-foot historical site has a unique interior & gorgeous waterfront patio so you can cheer your guests as the sun sets. Designed with the guest experience in mind, the layout effortlessly connects the various gathering spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.


The Lane is also equipped with a bridal suite for your bride tribe and a spacious prep kitchen to please your caterer and in-house rentals. Prices for The Lane are $5000 (Monday - Thursday), $6500 (Friday + Sunday), and $7500 (Saturday) and include 14 hours of the event, set-up, and breakdown time.



10. Bandy Canyon Ranch (Escondido)


Set in the peaceful rolling hills of North County, Bandy Canyon Ranch is an enchanting ranch-style venue. Sprawling eucalyptus trees, expansive lawns, and gorgeous mountain views create a serene and rustic setting for your special event. The venue has recently gone through a complete rebranding and they are currently adding 6 domes to the currently 15 cottages.


A Destination Wedding at Bandy Canyon Ranch


Couples can rent the entire property for two days, providing exclusive use of their cottages for you and your loved ones. The venue also offers horse-drawn carriages and scenic trails for a charming touch to your wedding. Its secluded location ensures total privacy, making it perfect for those who want a quiet, countryside wedding.

11. Julep Venue (Middletown)

As San Diego’s fairly new, hottest venue, you can build the wedding of your dreams with more than 12,000 square feet of versatile space. Think white walls, vaulted ceilings, wood floors...a clean and neutral palette that leaves tons of room for creativity. Julep features a beautifully bright and large banquet hall with high ceilings and industrial roll-up doors that lead to a spacious patio. Surrounded by private lounges (perfect for the bride & groom suites!) and multifunctional rooms (set up a cigar lounge to impress the gents!), you will definitely leave a lasting impression on your guests.


BONUS: there is a large parking lot, and they even have two kitchens on site, a caterer's dream! The cost to rent Julep is $5,000 + $1,000. Refundable Damage Deposit includes all rooms/spaces, 4 hours set up, 5 hours event time, and 1 hour break down.  Their exclusive bar company is Snake Oil Cocktail (why would you look elsewhere anyway?!).


12. Salt Drift Pointe (Imperial Beach)

Looking for a mix of modern and rustic? Look no further than this bayside beauty! Salt Drift Pointe in Imperial Beach was designed and inspired by the natural landscapes surrounding it.


With breathtaking views of the salt ponds and the San Diego Bay, this 13,000 sqft space includes an indoor main room that opens up to an expansive patio and pier for ceremonies and any outdoor events. Located in proximity to the beach and Coronado, there are great options for hotels and restaurants for your lovely guests!
